At Tama & Co., we strive to deliver your jewellery safely and promptly.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Custom Deliveries take anywhere between 10 to 21 days as per availability of raw materials

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Shipping charges for other orders will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please take a opening video of the items for the claims once your order arrives incase of damaged so that we can process for insurance if items damaged or lost in transit. Please contact us at support@tamaandco.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
